How much is it, and are there other fees?
Two monthly plans: Essential at EGP 799 a month (up to 5 captains), and Complete at EGP 999 a month (unlimited captains and your own domain). Both include everything in the system, automatic WhatsApp from your school's number and the conversations inbox included, with no setup fee.
The only costs outside the subscription: automatic WhatsApp messages, which Meta bills the school for directly, and your own domain's registration if you want one.
Is there a contract? How do I cancel?
No long contract: the subscription is monthly, and you ask to stop it whenever you like from “Subscription” in the dashboard. What's paid for the current month isn't refunded; the details are in “Terms”.
After you stop, your site keeps working for a grace period, and you can download a full copy of your data within 30 days.
Who owns my data, and is it safe?
Your data is yours, and the subscription agreement says so. Every school is kept apart inside the database itself, every connection is encrypted, and we take a backup before every update.
You can download all your school's data at any time, and export or erase any learner's data if they ask.
How long does setup take, and who does it?
We set your school up with you. After your request we get in touch within one working day, enter your prices, captains, hours and payment methods with you, then send you the sign-in for your site and dashboard.
From then on you change anything yourself, from your phone, without waiting for anyone.
Do I need training?
If you use WhatsApp, you can use Derksyon. The first time you sign in, “Set up your site” takes you through it step by step, and every screen has “Need help?”, which reaches us directly.
Captains open a link and sign in with their number and a PIN, and see today's lessons and two big buttons: “I've arrived” and “Start lesson”.
Do captains or learners need an app?
No. Nothing to install and no account to create: captains sign in from a link with their number and a PIN, learners get their page as a link on WhatsApp, and book on the site with just a name and a number.

How do the WhatsApp messages work?
On both plans, messages go out automatically from your school's WhatsApp number once we connect it with you, and learners' replies reach you in “Conversations”. For now it needs a number dedicated to the messages, not the one on your WhatsApp Business app, and Meta bills the school for these messages directly.
Until the number is connected, every message is prepared for you and the office sends it from the school's WhatsApp in one tap.
Do learners' payments go through you?
No. Learners pay the school directly: InstaPay or a wallet to your own accounts, or cash at the school. Derksyon records the payment and links it to the booking; no money passes through us. You set the deposit too.
What if the internet drops?
The learner's ticket opens offline, so the captain can scan it even when the learner has no data.
The captain's page needs a connection to record “arrived” and “start”; offline, it says so and the captain taps again once it's back. Your data lives on the server, so a lost phone loses nothing.
My data is in Excel — do I start from scratch?
No. Download the Excel template made for your school and bring in your captains, learners and upcoming bookings at once, with the lessons each learner had before the system. You can undo an import if you need to.
Our learners don't book online — what's the point?
They don't all have to. Callers are booked by the office in seconds, and night-time bookers find the site open, with just a name and a number. Either way, they get the confirmation, the reminders and their ticket.
What happens after the trial?
Nothing is charged automatically, and the trial needs no payment details. You get a reminder before it ends, and if you carry on you pay from “Subscription”. If you don't, everything keeps working for a few grace days, then the dashboard locks until you pay; your data stays safe.
How do I pay the subscription?
From “Subscription” in the dashboard: InstaPay, a wallet, a bank transfer or cash, and you send the transfer screenshot from the same screen. Once we confirm it, the numbered payment receipt shows there.
Do I need a domain?
No. Your school gets a free link from day one. On Complete you can connect a domain in your school's name (like alnour-driving.com), and we connect it with you step by step.
I have more than one branch — how does that work?
Each branch has its own site, captains, accounts and subscription, and you switch between them with one sign-in.
What if I need help?
Every dashboard screen has “Need help?”, which reaches us directly.
